We have expanded our development portfolio significantly since our inception, starting with the creation of Cairo's iconic Nasr City and culminating in the establishment of two comprehensive communities - Taj City and Sarai. We are focused on expanding our operational presence and customer base by diversifying our real estate offerings throughout the country. In line with this strategy, we successfully acquired MINKA Development, a leading real estate firm, in 2021 to offer fully finished units to our customers. As we move forward, we are driven by the foundation we have built at MNHD and the legacy we established with the creation of Nasr City in 1960, which remains the largest district in Cairo.
