Gaia North Coast​

GAIA is the Greek goddess of the Earth, typically depicted as a beautiful woman surrounded by fruits. In modern times, some earth scientists use the term GAIA to refer to the entire living planet. This is what we aim to provide in our resort - a living planet that offers all the services that make life complete. Located on the North Coast, 194 km away from Alexandria, GAIA is a 280-acre project developed by Al Ahly Sabbour Development in partnership with the landowner. GAIA blends contemporary and Arabian architectural styles to allow residents and visitors to enjoy the best of both worlds. The resort caters to all needs, offering a variety of styles from villas and townhouses to duplexes and chalets with one, two, or three bedrooms, as well as cabins that are an integral part of the resort, providing owners with closer access to the beach in a more practical manner.​
